The following is a listing of workshops offered by MLA
OSHA Compliance Workshop
This one-day workshop is designed to give participants an overview of OSHA compliance requirements, a working knowledge of OSHA recordkeeping requirements, review of the most frequently cited OSHA standards, and worksite hazard recognition skills.

Payment: A check for the cost of the workshop made payable to M. Lastie & Associates, LLC should be mailed to 2727 Driftwood Bend Dr. Fresno, TX 77545. Payment must be received at least 10 business days prior to the workshop or seminar to guarantee your registration.
Cancellation/Substitution Policy: Cancellations made at least 10 business days in writing prior to the workshop will be fully refunded minus a $50 service fee. Cancellations made less than 10 business days will not be refunded. A credit for a future workshop may be issued at MLA’s discretion. Substitutes are allowed at no additional cost.
OSHA 2-Day Workshop for General Industry
This two-day workshop is designed for individuals who have the responsibility for ensuring that their companies are in compliance with OSHA regulations. Course participants will learn how to spot and eliminate potential workplace hazards, how to handle OSHA worksite inspections, how to navigate through OSHA standards and the key elements of an effective safety program. Workshop participants will receive the OSHA 10-hour card.

OSHA 5-Day Workshop for General Industry
This five-day workshop is designed for individuals who have the responsibility for ensuring that their companies are in compliance with OSHA regulations. It expands on the topics covered in our two-day workshop in greater detail, provides additional training on topics such as but not limited to safety training for supervisors and how to implement an effective safety program and break-out sessions for hands-on exercises are provided for class participants. Workshop participants will receive the OSHA 30-hour card.

This one-day workshop is designed to familiarize participants with OSHA’s recordkeeping standard and all associated forms as well as teach them the mechanics of recording cases on the OSHA Log.

MLA reserve the right to cancel any workshop due to lack of interest and/or conditions beyond our control. If such cancellation occurs, our liability is limited only to the full refund of the workshop fees.
Lunch/Parking: Lunch and parking are not included in workshop registration fees. However, MLA will make every effort to hold our workshops at locations where eating facilities are on-site or nearby and free or low-cost parking is available.
